NEW leather eyeglass cord with a vintage touch.
Functional, long-lasting, gender neutral & stylish.
Its former version had the typical small rubber bands for eyeglasses cords attached to the ends, but this kind of material is not very durable and with usage and the sun it dries out and breaks. I had stopped producing them because I couldn’t find the perfect and lasting way to attach them, but the day has finally arrived ! With the same thread i used to stitch the rubber bands to the cord I have made a very simple yet useful system that will last a long time, and even better, you can even replace them yourselves if they ever break.
Handmade from full grain vegetable tanned leather and waxed thread.
